Our Product Range

Flocculants

1: Coagulants

Coagulants are chemicals added to water to neutralize the negative charges on fine suspended particles (like clay, silt, and microorganisms), causing them to destabilize and clump together into tiny, aggregated masses called microflocs. Common examples are Alum and PAC (Poly Aluminium Chloride).

2: Flocculants

Flocculants are high-molecular-weight polymers (like Polyacrylamide) that bridge the microflocs formed by coagulants. They draw the small clumps together to form much larger, heavier particles called flocs, which can be easily settled or filtered out. They can be Anionic, Cationic, or Non-ionic depending on the charge required for the specific contaminants.

3: Defoaming Agents

Defoaming Agents (or antifoams) are chemicals, often silicone-based or non-silicone based organic compounds, used to prevent the formation of stable foam or to break down existing foam in water treatment processes (like aeration tanks or industrial effluents) which can interfere with operations.

4: Decolor Agents

Decolor Agents are specialized coagulants or adsorbents (such as Poly DCDA or PolyDADMAC) used specifically to remove the color-causing compounds, often organic dyes or tannins, from wastewater.

5: pH Controllers

pH Controllers are acids (HCl, H2SO4) or alkalis (Hydrated Lime, Caustic Soda) used to adjust the water’s pH to the optimal range. This control is crucial because chemical reactions (like coagulation and disinfection) are highly pH-dependent.

6: Disinfectants / Biocides

Disinfectants / Biocides are chemicals (like chlorine, chlorine dioxide, or UV light) used to inactivate or kill pathogenic microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, protozoa) in treated water, making it safe for consumption or discharge.

7: RO Chemicals

RO (Reverse Osmosis) Chemicals are specialized chemicals used to maintain the efficiency and lifespan of RO membranes. Antiscalants prevent the precipitation of scale-forming minerals (like calcium carbonate) on the membrane surface, while Cleaning Agents are used to remove foulants that have accumulated.

Boiler Water Chemicals

8: Boiler Water Chemicals

Boiler Water Chemicals are added to boiler feed water to protect the boiler system. Anti-scaling agents prevent mineral deposits, Corrosion Inhibitors form a protective film on metal surfaces, and Oxygen Scavengers remove dissolved oxygen, which is a major cause of corrosion.

9: Chelating / Sequestering Agents

Chelating / Sequestering Agents (e.g., EDTA) are organic compounds that bind with or “capture” metal ions (like iron, calcium, or magnesium) to keep them dissolved in the water and prevent them from precipitating, scaling, or interfering with other treatment processes.

Chelating Sequestering Agents

10: Anti-corrosion Agents

Anti-corrosion Agents are chemicals specifically designed to reduce the rate of corrosive attack on metallic equipment and pipes by forming a protective layer or altering the water chemistry. They are a broader category that includes the Corrosion Inhibitors used in boiler water.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Our chemicals are designed to improve water quality, enhance the efficiency of your water systems, and extend the lifespan of your equipment. They also help industries meet environmental regulations by effectively treating wastewater.

Our RO chemicals, such as anti-scalants and membrane cleaners, prevent the buildup of mineral scales and organic fouling. This ensures that the membranes remain clean and efficient, preventing costly damage and maintaining consistent water quality.

Our boiler chemicals, including scale inhibitors and corrosion preventers, are formulated to be compatible with a wide range of boiler systems. However, we always recommend a water analysis to provide a customized solution that perfectly matches your boiler’s specific needs and water chemistry.

Our coagulants and flocculants work by clumping suspended solids and impurities together, which makes them easier to remove from the water. This process, called solid-liquid separation, is crucial for effective wastewater management and helps to clarify the effluent before discharge.

Water Treatment Chemicals

Srish chem has the proprietary technologies needed for cost effective water treatment including recycling and recovery. Our water conservation solutions are being used by major industries such as Pharma,Textile,Paper, Paints,Chemicals and Dairy.Water optimization is a critical component of all modern establishments given the urgent need to save and recover water. We have the technologies coupled with know- how and experience to provide customized waste water treatment solutions and green utilities that deliver renewable, recycling and recovery solutions. There are several levels of waste water treatment, these are primary, secondary and tertiary levels of treatment.Different treatment stages or combinations are adopted dependent on the original quality of the water and it’s intended final uses.

Effluent treatment process & required chemicals

Primary treatment
The primary level of treatment uses screen and settling tanks to remove the majority of solids, during primary treatment waste water is temporarily held in a settling tank where heavier solids sink to the bottom while lighter solids float to the surface. This step is extremely important, because solids make up approximately 60 percent of the pollutants that must be removed

Coagulants
Coagulants and flocculants process are used to remove colloidal impurities, suspended particles such as bacteria ,clay, slits and organic matter from the contaminated water. The process large flock aggregates that can be removed from water in subsequent clarifaction/filtration process. There have been various machanism proposed for the coagulation process that mainly incorporate double layer suppression, adsorption and charge neutralization, adsorption and intra particle bridging and enmeshment or sweep flocculation.

Since a priori selection of coagulants for any particular waste water is not possible on the basis of theoretical analysis,it is imperative that selection be made using an empirical approach through a set of experiments performed on various coagulants and under different processing conditions

Alkalines:-
Calcium hydroxide,Caustic soda,Sodium silicate

Acidic
Ferrous sulphate,Ferric Chloride,Alum,PAC,
Polyclean,Clean All A,SSE Floc CR

Most of the Companies are using Lime & ferrous sulphate as coagulants,Now so many companies are using polymer base chemicals,it is very advance technology and much better than ferrous sulphate & lime
